I stood there with twenty others. Me and the three other major league baseball players in the class were the only three that could not hold our arms in the posture that was required over our heads. It happens so fast. I don’t…um...Gasp…what just happened? It’s that one second that split second that seems to be so prominent in everything we do. If you look close enough you will see that it is what dominates your life. Good or Bad…..that is for you to decide. Don’t be fooled though…most of the time it is in your control. So I have just concluded my first week of boot camp and I am still alive. I am a little sleep deprived but hey what can ya do? The term six-pack actually seems like it might take on a new meaning to me in the next few weeks ☺. It is really showing me that being pushed is really not such a bad idea, and trust me on this I don’t like to be told what to do! I also have to remind myself that sometimes we don’t hit our exact goals but we gain so much in the process if we allow ourselves to be open to it. Confused yet…cool let’s move on. Continue reading
