So I have just concluded my first week of boot camp and I am still alive. I am a little sleep deprived but hey what can ya do? The term six-pack actually seems like it might take on a new meaning to me in the next few weeks ☺. It is really showing me that being pushed is really not such a bad idea, and trust me on this I don’t like to be told what to do!
