Perception is really an amazing thing. As proud human beings, which most genuinely tend be, we make decisions about how something is and quickly close the books on any further thought of the situation. I wonder how many beautiful things…how many opportunities for greatness…how many joys of this world we miss because of our ignorance to re-visiting a scenario or particular area of experience? So I have just concluded my first week of boot camp and I am still alive. I am a little sleep deprived but hey what can ya do? The term six-pack actually seems like it might take on a new meaning to me in the next few weeks ☺. It is really showing me that being pushed is really not such a bad idea, and trust me on this I don’t like to be told what to do! I also have to remind myself that sometimes we don’t hit our exact goals but we gain so much in the process if we allow ourselves to be open to it. Confused yet…cool let’s move on. Continue reading
